I called your company on 1-1-10 and said my furnace was not working. Your company sent out the man on duty and he checked out the problem. He quoted the cost of the parts and suggested a new furnace. He was very professional and gave us ideas on which was would be the best for us. We agreed that a new Lenox was what would be best and decided to go with the 95% furnace and your man contacted the company and arranged to have a crew at our house the next morning, even though it was a Saturday. This was all a 12:30AM on that Saturday!

The two men were here as they said and worked all day to install our new Lenox furnace. It got down to 43 deg. in one room but we got heat by the end of the day.

The service was great and we are glad we found your company when we moved to Naperville. We are on the full service plan and that covers our new Lenox A/C we put in the summer of 2007.
